What data we process
This website uses no cookies and no analytics, and loads nothing from external servers (fonts and map are hosted on our server).
The server keeps logs: IP address, date and time, page address. We use them only for security and diagnostics. Logs are rotated weekly and kept for at most 5 weeks.

When you write or call us, we process the details you give us to answer your question.
Shipment tracking
When you submit the tracking form, your browser loads the shipment page for the code you entered from the Milo tracking system to check whether the shipment exists, and then redirects you to that page. Milo receives the code and your IP address. NHL does not store the codes you enter.
The phone number entered in the form is compared with the last digits of the number shown in the Milo system only in your browser. NHL does not send or store it.
The Milo system is provided by MILO SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ (Milo sp. z o.o.), ul. Bolesława Limanowskiego 12/4, 60-744 Poznań, Poland, NIP 7792516259, acting as a processor.
